Born and raised on the West Coast, I spent my childhood between the mountains of Salt Lake City, Utah, and the beaches of Muir Beach, California. These days, I’m lucky to call sunny San Diego home. With a German mother and an American father, I grew up bilingual in English and German and am not too bad at Spanish either. 

From a young age, I developed a deep love for travel and adventure. I’m an avid skier, kite surfer, and mountain biker, and love to do anything that makes me go fast. These sports have brought me to many corners of the world, including driving the coast of Western Australia in search of the best kite spots to an overland journey from Namibia to Zimbabwe. Most recently, I just got back from a 2-week overland excursion to see the gorillas in Uganda. 

My love for travel and adventure inspired me to switch industries and dive into the world of travel. Most recently, I worked as a Guest Services Manager at Geographic Expeditions, where I had the chance to create unforgettable “WOW moments” for guests on their journeys. For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than designing trips that people will treasure forever – It’s all about seeing the joy on their faces. Now, I’m beyond excited to bring my passion to EXP and can’t wait to connect with the team!
